​Old Towne Homebuilders is known for setting the highest standards in quality, craftsmanship, and taste. Jim Neighbors has been in the building industry in the Huntsville area for more than 20 years and has built homes in McMullen Cove since it began.  His extensive experience has helped him streamline and master the homebuilding process.  Jim was chosen as Builder of the Year in 2006 by the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association.  

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in Electrical Engineering. Using his engineering background Jim builds the best possible structure to include all of today’s best products while keeping in mind the latest designs and trends.
